Stunning Sunset & Mountain Views-Sleeps up to 10 guests. We are the closest Airbnb to Fallingwater, 1 mile to Ohiopyle & only 30 mins drive to Seven Springs Resort. Enjoy Ohiopyle State Park without the crowds. This spacious home is on 2 acres of open land with an amazing view of the Yough River Valley. Great for families, friends and couples to spread out and relax. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bath and a sleeper sofa for 1-2 kids. A large kitchen & living room. Fast WiFi
I am available 24/7 via Airbnb messages. I cannot guarantee I will respond from 12am to 7am. That’s when we are usually asleep but I might see a message if it comes through in the middle of the night if I hear it.
This is a very quite location. You make one turn out of the driveway and you are in Ohiopyle or at Fallingwater entrance in less that 1 minute. This home has only 1 neighbor that is down a quite road.
Parking on site for 2-3 cars. We recommend that you have winter tires during the winter months. We try our best to plow and shovel before a guest arrives but it is not guaranteed. Home is easily accessible.
If you do use the hot tub please put cover back on. The hot tub sits on a hill side that can get windy.

Cover the hot tub carefully when not in use. Damages to the tub or cover will incur a $200 charge.
No glass bottles, cigarettes, or food near or in the hot tub.
If the water becomes dirty or unpleasant, notify us immediately.
We do not guarantee the hot tub will be working perfectly during your stay and no refunds are given if it is out of order.

Summary: Went out to do some hiking for my birthday weekend. While the rain prevented us from doing more, it was nice having a beautiful house to hang out and have a good time with my friends. The hot tub was awesome. Wanted to use the grill but it was so greased up it wasn't sage. Let the host know and she got back to us in a timely manner. Very close to falling waters which was nice for our scheduled tour on Saturday. Would definitely recommend this place to people!

Summary: This property is superbly located. Half hour or less to everywhere we wanted to go. The sunset view around the firepit was wonderful. We did take chairs down to the pit. Swings are just not our speed.

Summary: This was the perfect place for our girls family weekend trip. Plenty of room for 7 of us, beautiful outdoor fire pit, clean with everything we needed for the weekend. Proximity to Falling Water and Ohiopyle couldn't be better, literally 2 minutes from one and 4 minutes from the other. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: This property was the perfect weekend getaway! Family of 6, all over the age of 20, found this to be the perfect reset spot. Great hot tub, cool arcade cabinets, fantastic fire pit with swings! Overlooking the mountains and hills for a splendid view! Would/will book here again!

Summary: Overall a great stay but there were some things that need attention. Pros - The location could not have been more perfect and convenient. The views were awesome! The house was very clean which is very important to us. Cons-The house definitely needs some updates; the carpet was extremely worn, the pots, pans, and cutting boards are scored beyond being safe to use and only plastic drink ware was available, and there is no fan in the awkward bathroom, the outdoor furniture was pretty gross, so I was thankful that we brought our own camp chairs. Also, we were disappointed that the yard was not fenced in as appeared in the photos, as we were traveling with our dog, and finally, I messaged the host that the coffee pot was broken on our 2nd day of stay, and she didn’t respond until after we checked out.
